How to Install Silicone Edge Graphics

Silicone edge graphics (SEGs) are one of our most popular graphic products – and for good reason! They have a wide variety of applications and benefits, one of which is they are easy to change. In fact, after the initial frame installation, many of our clients swap same-size graphics themselves throughout the year, often in accordance with brand or seasonal campaign changes.

STEP 1

Start by installing each corner into the frame by rolling the gasket under the graphic and pressing into the aluminum channel. If needed, use a thin piece of plastic to press in difficult corners.

STEP 2

Beginning with the center of each side, roll gasket under and press into the channel.

STEP 3

Work the rest of the gaskets into the channels on all sides, making sure to not stretch the gasket laterally. Over-stretching the SEG gasket side to side will cause the graphic to pucker at the corners.

STEP 4

Finished! Your graphic should fit tightly and be wrinkle-free.
