LOCATION
This role will be in-person at our NE Portland facility.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Build custom wood-based retail 3D fixtures and displays from blueprints, shop drawings, and CAD files.
- Safely operate power tools and woodworking equipment such as table saws, routers, etc.
- Cut, assemble, and finish a variety of materials including plywood, MDF, solid wood, and composite panels.
- Apply plastic laminates, veneers, and finishes to achieve high-end visual quality.
- Collaborate with design, print, and graphics teams to integrate dimensional components, printed elements, lighting, and hardware.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure accuracy in measurement, fit, and finish.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of woodworking and fabrication experience, ideally in a retail or exhibit environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting shop drawings and technical specs.
- Strong skills in wood joinery, cabinetry, and fixture assembly.
- Experience with laminate application, finishing, and edge detailing.
- Ability to lift and or move 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate hand/power tools safely.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience building displays for athletic or lifestyle retail brands.
- Basic knowledge of electrical or LED lighting integration.
- Comfortable working with mixed media (metal, acrylic, vinyl, etc.).

COMPENSATION
The salary range is $26-30 per hour (DOE).
